Terms & Pricing
Licence agreements are offered on a 3, 6, 12, 18 or 24-month basis. All licences have a negotiable 1-3 month notice period required on either side to exit.
We require one calendar month of rent to be paid in advance and held as a security deposit (returnable at licence completion).
Pricing
All figures quoted below are per month, and exclusive of VAT charged at 20%.

Parking is charged at £50.00+VAT per vehicle per month. Parking is offered on a first come, first served basis and is currently limited to a maximum of two vehicles per office.
