Offices feature a state of the art VOIP digital telephone system. Connections are permanently on such that there are no installation delays or contracts with service providers. We benefit from a competitively priced corporate calling plan and are able to provide tenants with a fully itemised invoice each month.
Additionall each office offers 2-20 cat 5 Ethernet points. As standard each office will benefit from an always-on wired/wireless high-speed fibre Internet connection.
We offer the occasional use of a well-furnished meeting/conference room where required.
All tenants benefit from the use of a modern shared kitchen area, multiple WC facilities and well-maintained communal areas. Communal areas are professionally cleaned on a weekly basis and tenants have the option to opt-in for internal office cleaning for a small additional charge.
All tenants are eligible to take advantage of subsidised gym membership rates with Stringers Gym (located approx. 20 yards from Meridian House).
Meridian House offers well-maintained onsite parking on a first come, first served basis. Parking is available for a small additional monthly cost. We are a busy building and there may be some restrictions on parking.
There are very few restrictions where the lease of our offices are concerned. Most tenants are small, established organisations or relatively new start-up businesses. Offices can be occupied on a full or part time basis as required.
Our office space is well suited to most commercial organisations and past/existing tenants include professional consultancies, design & technology businesses, recruitment businesses, MP headquarters and administrative headquarters to other types of organisations.
